Biography

Tohoshinki is the R&B quintet from Seoul, South Korea. The band was formed in 2003 by Kim Junsu, Jung Yunho, Kim Jaejoong, Shim Changmin and Park Yoochun. Tohoshinki translates as "The Rising Gods of the East". The first band's name is Dong Bang Shin Gi. They had other names like Tong Vfang Xien Qi or TVXQ. Tohoshinki released about ten albums (Mirotic, Five in the Black, Heart, Mind and Soul, etc.) and sixteen singles (Share The World, BREAK OUT!, Survivor, Bolero, etc.). In 2008, Tohoshinki was included in the Guinness World Records for the largest fan club. In 2009, the band was included in the Guinness World Records again. TVXQ was the most photographed band in the world. Dong Bang Shin Gi participated in over the nine concert tours in Japan and Asia.
