Biography

Riton is an English electronic and electroclash musician and DJ. He was born on October 15, 1978, in Newcastle upon Tyne, in North East England. He began his professional music career with the foundation of the Switch Recording label, and his first demo tracks were released under it. During that time, he also performed as a DJ at local club called "Shindig". There he attracted the attention of Mark Rae who later helped him to sign a record contract with Grand Central Records independent record label. He emerged on the British electronic music scene in 2001 with his breakthrough debut album, Beats du Jour, which received generally good reviews from critics. Following the success of his first work three years later, he released his next record, Homies and Homos, which yielded several hit singles such as "Henney", "Shite Hawk", "Anger Man", "Damaged Goods" and "Killing An Arab". Now, you may download Riton's album, Homies and Homos, in mp3 from our site.
