American country music singer-songwriter and guitarist Loretta Lynn, birth name Loretta Webb was born on April 14, 1935 in Butcher Hallow, Kentucky, the United States. She is a star of the country music and has covered such genres like honky tonk and gospel as well. She was inducted in the Country Music Hall of Fame, in Country Gospel Music Hall of Fame and in Songwriters Hall of Fame. VH1 included her in its list of the Greatest Women in rock and Roll ranking her number 65. She also has her star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame. At the same time, she is very controversial figure as she has more banned songs than any other country music artist has. She also supported both George H. Bush and George W. Bush. She has produced 16 singles number one; some of them are "Fist City", "Woman of the World (Leave My World Alone)", "Coal Miner's Daughter", "One's on the Way" and many others.
