Biography

American rock band Lock Up was formed in Los Angeles, California, the United States in 1989. The band was founded by Mike Livingstone and Kevin Wood who left the band soon and didn’t feature the final line-up which recorded the only one album of the band. The final line-up consisted of Tom Morello (guitar), Brian Grillo (vocals), Chris Beebe (bass) and of Vince Ostertag (drums). This line-up recorded the album Something Bitchin’ This Way Comes. It was released through Geffen Records in 1989. The band broke up a year later. This album is the first label release featuring a famous guitarist Tom Morello who would become a founding member of Rage Against the Machine along with Zack de la Rocha, Tim Commerford and Brad Wilk. The latter auditioned for a drummer in Lock Up. From our site, you can download Lock Up’s album in mp3.
