Biography

Kiss is an American heavy metal and hard rock band coming from New York City, New York, the United States and it was formed in 1973. The current band members are Paul Stanley (rhythm guitar, vocals), Gene Simmons (vocals, bass guitar), Tommy Thayer (lead guitar, vocals) and Eric Singer (drums, percussion, vocals). The band rose to the international fame in the middle 1970s and in 1980s playing fusion of shock rock, glam rock and of hard rock. The band is famous for their concert shows featuring lots of pyrotechnics and other effects affecting audience. Their most famous songs are “Strutter” (1974), “Rock and Roll All Night” (1975), “Detroit Rock City” (1976), “I Was Made For Lovin' You” (1979), “Lick It Up” (1983), “Forever” (1989), “Psycho circus” (1998).
