Keith Anderson is an American country music singer-songwriter. He was born on January 12, 1968, in Miami, Oklahoma. He quickly rose to fame with his breakthrough debut album, Three Chord Country and American Rock & Roll, which produced four chart singles in "Pickin' Wildflowers", "XXL", "Every Time I Hear Your Name", and "Podunk". All album's singles charted in the Top 40 on the Billboard Hot Country Songs charts. Also, the album was certified gold in the U.S.The album's lead single, "Every Time I Hear Your Name", as even remixed for radio, with Steven Tyler of Aerosmith singing backup vocals on the radio edit. Other single, "Pickin' Wildflowers", reached number 8 on the Hot Country Songs chart, number 64 on the Billboard Hot 100 and number 82 on the Pop 100.
