Biography

Kate Walsh is an English pop and folk singer-songwriter. She was born on February 2, 1977, in Burnham-on-Crouch, a quiet fishing community in the town of Essex. While still a young girl, she took piano lessons and developed a talent for interpreting the works of Debussy and Ravel, although it wasn't until she picked up a guitar in her teens that she began writing her own music. Inspired by the likes of Joni Mitchell, Tori Amos, and Talk Talk, her songs proved to be sad but beautiful tales of love and romantic disappointment that displayed a wisdom beyond her years. In 2007, she released her most successful album, Tim's House, which was on her own Blueberry Pie label. Thanks to enthusiastic reviews and online exposure, this album became a genuine hit in the U.K. It also produced the singles, "Your Song" and "Talk of the Town". The album's success led Walsh to sign a deal with Mercury Records in the U.K. And now, you may download Kate Walsh's breakthrough album, Tim's House, in mp3 from our site.
