Biography

American folk and alternative country musician and singer-songwriter Josh Rouse was born in Paxton, Nebraska, the United States in 1972. He plays guitar and harmonica. Rouse began recording when he settled in Tennessee meeting some local musicians. His debut effort was Dressed Up Like Nebraska. The album was released in 1998 and received positive reviews from the critics. This early success allowed him to tour and to become a full time artist. The second album Home was released in 2000 earning him more success. Rouse opened for John Mayer and toured with Guster. He toured not only around the U.S., but in Europe as well promoting his last album Country Mouse City House. You can download Josh Rouse’s last album in mp3 from our site.
