Biography

Daniel Paul Merriweather, better known as Daniel Merriweather is an Australian R'n'B singer and songwriter. He was born on February 17, 1982 in Melbourne, Australia and at the age of 26, he moved in New York where he met Mark Ronson. That was a unique partnership and Mark helped Daniel in his musical career. In 2007 Daniel recorded vocals for Mark's Stop me (cover of "The Smith's") and could get the popularity. Mark also helped him in work at his debut album Love and War released in June, 2009. The Daniel Merriweather’s album is available on our site for downloading in mp3. The album entered the UK charts reaching number two. Both two singles Change and Red have become very popular. Daniel opened for Justin Timberlake and Biz Markie, supported Kanye West on his Austrastralian tour, took part in many festivals such as Montreux Jazz Festival, St Kilda Festival and World AIDS Day Concert.
