Biography

Damien Rice is an Irish folk, indie rock and folk rock singer-songwriter and musician. He was born on 7 December 1973, in Celbridge, County Kildare, Ireland. He was a member of the rock band Juniper under the name of Dodi Ma. Having released the singles "The World Is Dead" and "Weatherman" in Ireland during 1998, the band was due to record their first full album for Polygram in 1999. However, he became disenchanted with the label and left the band to pursue a solo career. He rose to fame with his first album, O (2002), which produced several singles such as "The Blower's Daughter", "Cannonball" and "Volcano". And now, you may download Damien Rice's breakthrough debut album, O, in mp3 from our site. He released his next album, 9, in 2006. It was certified gold in the UK, and yielded three singles, "9 Crimes", "Rootless Tree" and "Dogs".
