Ludwig Van Beethoven (baptised 17 December 1770[1] – 26 March 1827) was a German composer born in Bonn but moved later and died in Vienna. He’s considered to be one of the greatest composers of all times, a giant of classical music. He quickly gained a reputation of virtuoso pianist and became not only composer but a conductor as well. He continued his work, composing, conducting and performing even when he became completely deaf. The reason of his deafness is unknown for sure. Some people say that it was tinnitus. This problem caused many difficulties for him in his social life and in career, he became very reserved. However during this time of troubles he wrote one the classical masterpieces of all times – Ninth Symphony.
