Adam Lambert, birth name Adam Mitchel Lambert was born on January 29, 1982 in Indianapolis, Indiana, the United States. He is an American pop and alternative rock singer-songwriter and actor. Lambert is Jewish and he performed at Jewish events singing in Hebrew. He said that he was a gay giving interview to Rolling Stone. He has been a stage actor since the age of 10. During his career, he had a chance to perform alongside Val Kilmer. Lambert rose to the national prominence being the contestant at the 8th season of American idol.
