The Script is an Irish pop-rock band formed in 2001 in Dublin. The band composes of Danny O’Donoghue, Mark Sheehan and Glen Power. Their breakthrough happened in 2008 with the release of their debut album "The Script" which brought them success and popularity even abroad. The album was No.1 after its release on iTunes UK & Ireland. The group was nominated by Meteor Ireland Music Awards and by Choice Music Prize for the Best Album. Their last single Before the Worst was issued on June 15, 2009. The Script has already shared the stage with other musicians. Anastasia, Enrique Iglesias and Boyzone are among them.
