BarlowGirl is an American Christian rock, alternative rock and adult contemporary band that was formed in 2000 by three sisters Alyssa Barlow (lead vocals, bass, keyboard), Becca Barlow (backing vocals, guitar), and Lauren Barlow (lead vocals, drums). They rose to fame in 2004 with their breakthrough self-titled first album BarlowGirl. This album yielded several hit singles, "Mirror" (peaked at number one on the Christian Hit Radio Chart) and "Never Alone", which reached number one on both Christian Hit Radio Chart and Christian Rock Chart. In 2007, they released their most commercially-successful album, How Can We Be Silent, which reached number one on the Billboard Top Christian Albums chart. How Can We Be Silent spawned three hit singles such as "Here's My Life", "Million Voices" and "I Believe in Love".
