American emcee and hip-hop producer Alchemist (birth name Alan Daniel Maman) was born on October 14, 1975 in Beverly Hills, California, US. He’s famous for producing such artists like Nas, Fat Joe, Jadakiss, Ghostface Killah, Snoop Dogg, Dilated, Cypress Hill, Everlast (formerly of House of Pain) and Crazy Town. He’s known for making remixes for such groups as Linkin Park and Morcheeba. Alchemist also collaborated with Prodigy a lot. They released an album Return of the Mac (2007) and Prodigy appeared on his hit single “Hold you Down” from his debut album 1st Infantry (2004). The last Alchemist’s album Chemical Warfare was released in 2009 and you can download it in mp3 from our site. Alchemist was also signed as an official DJ for Eminem’s Anger Management 3 Tour but due to the road accident he couldn’t take part it in.
