British band Oppressed was founded in Cardiff in 1981. It was formed by Roddy Moreno (vocals), Dom Moreno (bass), Russel (Ducky) Payne (guitar) and Lee Jenkins (drums). All members of the band always supported skinheads. That is why their musical genre was orientated on punk-music, sharp, street-punk and oi!. Roddy, Dom and Adrian formed a new ska-band "The Rude Boys" in the late 80's. The name "Oppressed" wasn’t used to mid-90's. In 2002, the band reunited again. In 2006, they split. During their career, Oppressed released over 20 albums (Music For Hooligans, Never Say Die, Strength In Unity, etc.). Their last activity was in 2009. The Oppressed played the one-off gig. In 2010, the band plans to make a tour around Europe. You can download Oppressed's album "Dead and Buried and Fatal Blow" in mp3 from our site.
