English electronic, synthpop, alternative dance and indie pop band Hot Chip was formed in 2000 in London, England. The band’s founding members are Alexis Taylor and Joe Goddard. The current members are Alexis Taylor (vocals, synthesizer, guitar, percussion, piano), Joe Goddard(vocals, synthesizer, percussion), Owen Clarke(guitar, bass, synthesizer), Felix Martin (guitar, synthesizer, percussion, backing vocals) and Al Doyle (drum machines, synthesizer). The band has released three studio albums and quite a number of singles and EPs. They are also talented DJs and made many remixes including "Rehab" by Amy Winehouse, "La Forme/Aerodynamik" by Kraftwerk, "I'm Designer" by Queens of the Stone Age and others.
