The Jonas Brothers are an American pop rock and teen pop band that was formed in 2005 by Paul Kevin Jonas II (Kevin Jonas), Joeseph Adam Jonas (Joe Jonas), and Nicholas Jerry Jonas (Nick Jonas). Throughout 2005, the band had gone on several tours, opening for various artists including, Kelly Clarkson, Jesse McCartney, the Backstreet Boys, and The Click Five. Additionally, they opened for The Veronicas in early 2006. In 2008, the band released their most successful album, A Little Bit Longer, which debuted at #1 on the Billboard 200. The album spawned several singles such as "Burnin' Up", "Lovebug" and "Tonight". Due to the strong digital sales, these songs briefly charted on the Billboard Hot 100, with "Tonight" as the highest charting song at number 8.
