American country music band Diamond Rio was formed in Nashville, Tennessee, the United States in 1984. The band’s line-up hasn’t changed since then and all the original members are still in the band. They are Gene Johnson (mandolin, guitar, fiddle, tenor vocals), Jimmy Olander (lead guitar, Dobro, Danelectro, banjo), Brian Prout (drums), Marty Roe (lead vocals), Dan Truman (keyboards, organ synthesizer) and Dana Williams (bass guitar, baritone vocals). The band reached the popularity among country music audience very quickly, right after the release of their debut single “Meet in the Middle”. The singles reached the top spot of the Hot Country Songs and of the Canadian country chart. Since then, they have released some more singles number one including "How Your Love Makes Me Feel", "One More Day, "Beautiful Mess" and "I Believe".
