Ramble John Krohn better known as RJD2 is an American singer, musician and music producer. He was born on May 27, 1976 in Eugene, Oregon, the United States and began his career in 1993. During his music career he was a DJ, rapper, was working in a rap group and collaborated with many independent rappers like Copywrite, Cunninlynguists, Cage, MF DOOM, Diverse and Aceyalone. He has released three studio albums. The first two ones were based on samples while the last one The Third Hand is more traditionally pop and rock featuring RJD2 playing instruments and singing almost on the each track. However, the album received mixed reviews especially from Pitchfork Media and Rapreviews.com. RJD2 plans to release his new album in 2010. It is going to be titled The Colossus.
