American alternative rock band Say Anything from Los Angeles, California, the United States was formed in 2000 by Max Bemis and his four friends. The line-up changed for several times and the current one composes of Max Bemis (lead vocals, guitar), Coby Linder (drums, backing vocals), Alex Kent (bass), Jake Turner (guitar, backing vocals), Jeff Turner (guitar, backing vocals) and Parker Case (keyboards, guitar, backing vocals). The band has released four studio albums. They also play covers, for example for Smashing Pumpkins. The band’s influences are considered Queen, Saves the Day, Faith No More, Fugazi and some other bands. Say Anything is led by Max Bemis who was raised in Jewish environment and thus some of the songs show his Jewish roots like Alive with Glory of Love.
