Young Buck, birth name David Darnell Brown is an American rapper, born on March 15, 1981 in Nashville, Tennessee, the United States. Young Buck is a former member of G-Unit, a hip hop band, fronted by 50 Cent and based in New York City. It’s likely that there were some tensions between Young Buck and 50 Cent as the Nashville rapper had to leave the band and the rap war between began which can be seen in some tracks. During his solo career Young Buck has released two studio albums. Straight Outta Cashville (2004) and Buck the World (2007). The third album is going to be released in 2010. The most successful album is the first one being certified Platinum and reaching the sales of 2,3 million copied worldwide.
