LL Cool J, which stands for Ladies Love Cool James (birth name James Todd Smith) was born on January 14, 1968 in Queens, New York City, the U.S. He’s an American rapper and actor being one of the few rappers of his time which could sustain their career for more than two decades. He began rapping in 1983 and the debut album Radio (1985) went on Platinum. During his career LL produced many hit singles like Can't Live Without My Radio, Rock the Bells, I Need Love, Around the Way Girl and Hey Lover. His resent hits are 4, 3, 2, 1, Headsprung and Luv U Better. LL Cool J collaborated with many different artists including DJ Kay Stay, Janet Jackson, Ja Rule. He has released 12 studio albums.
