American singer-songwriter, R’n’B performer Ciara, full name Ciara Princess Harris was born on October 25, 1985 in Austin, Texas, the United States. She is also dancer, model, actress and producer. She decided to pursue career in music after watching Janet Jackson on TV and Destiny’s Child. Most of her childhood she spent on different military bases as her father was in US Army. The debut album Goodies was released in 2004. It quickly gained mainstream success and was certified 3 x Platinum in the United States, Platinum in Canada, Gold in Japan and Gold in the UK. The next album Ciara: The Evolution was ranked Platinum in the US. During her career she released many hit singles like “Goodies” (single number one), "1, 2 Step", "Oh", "Promise" and others.
