Gang of Four are an English post-punk and dance-rock band that was formed in 1977 by singer Jon King, guitarist Andy Gill, bass guitarist Dave Allen and drummer Hugo Burnham. They quickly gained popularity in the late of 1970s with their debut album, Entertainment!, which yielded the band's first hit singles such as "Ether", "Natural's Not in It", "Not Great Men", "Damaged Goods" and "Return the Gift".
