British alternative rock band Snow Patrol consists of Northern Irish and Scottish members. It was formed in 1994 in Dundee but then the group moved to Glasgow. The current line-up of the band composes of Gary Lightbody, Paul Wilson, Jonny Quinn, Nathan Connolly, Tom Simpson. The group could achieve the mainstream success only in 2003. They moved to the major label and released their album Final Straw which broke up the British charts. It became 4 x Platinum.
