Canadian punk rock band Billy Talent (later known as Pezz) was formed in Streetsville, Ontario, Canada in 1993. The band’s line-up composes of Benjamin Kowalewicz (lead vocals), Ian D'Sa (lead guitar and backing vocals), Jonathan Gallant (bass and backing vocalist) and Aaron Solowoniuk (drums and persussion). The band has released 4 albums during their career, the first one was released under the name Pezz. The band could achieve the mainstream success only in 10 years after the formation. The breakthrough album Billy Talent was issued in 2003. The album spawned the hit singles Try Honesty, which was very successful, The Ex, River Below and Nothing to Lose. The band played gig in Canada, US and had success in Europe. They got two Juno Awards as Best Album of the Year and Best Band of the Year.
