Arash, birth name Arash Lebaf is an Iranian-Swedish pop, hip-hop, R&B, dance and house music singer, dancer, producer and entertainer born on April 23, 1977 in Tehran, Iran. When he was 10, he and his family moved to Sweden where he continues residing. Arash rose to fame in 2005 releasing his two hit singles “Boro boro” (Go Away) and “Temptation” (feat. Rebecca Zadig). The videos on these songs got a heavy airplay on MTV in about 20 countries and Arash quickly gained the popularity. In addition to success in Sweden and Iran he became a star in Eastern Europe, Middle East and in some Asian countries. His debut album Arash was certified Gold in Germany, Russia, Slovenia and Greece. Specially for Russian market, he recorded Russian version of the song “Temptation”.
