Jazz (2551) Chill Out: New Age (2137)
English smooth jazz and jazz fusion guitarist Peter White was born in 1954 and grew up in a little town of Letchworth Garden City. He began learning how to play music instruments when he was a child and was playing clarinet, cornet, trombone, violin, harmonica, and piano. At the same time, little White was amazed by the Beatles and his parents bought him his first acoustic guitar when he was eight. He taught himself some simple chords and everything was fine until he heard Jimi Hendrix. Since that time, White decided to switch to electric guitar. However, his guitar burnt in a fire and he had to take an acoustic one again. He was inspired by Joni Mitchell, James Taylor and others. As a professional musician, White rose to fame as backing guitarist and keyboardist for Al Stewart. They toured together in England and in the US and finally, both moved to Los Angeles, California. White embarked on a solo career in 1990. His last album Good Day was released in 2009. You can download this album by Peter White in mp3 from our site.
