English pop band Right Said Fred was formed in London in 1989. The band is led by two brothers Richard and Fred Fairbrass. For some time, they were a trio with Robert Mazoli, but now, they perform as a duo. The band have released eight albums including one compilation albums. The debut album “Up” was released in 1991. The album was supported by several hit singles. The debut single “I’m Too Sexy” broke the charts in about 30 countries around the world. The single reached number one on the Billboard Hot 100. The band became the first British act after the Beatles to reach the top of the chart with their debut single. However, the single was second on the UK singles chart.
