Canadian folk rock band The Crash Test Dummies comes from Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada. The band was founded in the middle of 1980s under the name Bad Brad Roberts and St. James Rhythm Pigs. Later the band changed the name for Crash Test Dummies. The current band members are Brad Roberts (lead vocals) and Ellen Reid (vocals) while others (Dan Roberts, Mitch Dorge and Benjamin Darvill) are busy with other projects. The band reached the mainstream world success in 1993 when they released their hit album God Shuffled His Feet. The album spawned a hit single "Mmm Mmm Mmm Mmm" which was very popular in the UK (#2), in Australia (#1) and in the US (#4). However, the song failed in the native Canada being only at number 14. The album was certified Platinum in the US and earned the band three Grammy nominations. You can download this album by Crash Test Dummies in mp3 from our site.
