English rock band Trapeze played in such genres as funk-rock and hard-rock was formed in Cannock, Staffordshire, England in 1969 by vocalist John Jones and guitarist/keyboardist Terry Rowley who gave the name to the band. During the long band’s history which ended in 1994, the lineup changed very often as many band members left the band in favor of more popular and famous bands like Deep Purple, Black Sabbath, Judas Priest and Uriah Heep. Trapeze itself didn’t reach any commercial success though they released quite many albums, namely Trapeze, Medusa, You Are the Music… We’re Just the Band, The Final Swing, Hot Wire. You can download these albums by Trapeze in mp3 from our site. The core and the most famous members of the band were Glenn Hughes, Mel Galley and Dave Holland. Glenn Hughes has been performing Trapeze songs for about 20 last years.
