English rock band The Zombies were formed in St. Albans, Herts, England, 1959. The original line up consisted of Colin Blunstone, Paul Atkinson, Rod Argent, Chris White and of Hugh Grundy. Since 2004 the line-up is as follows: Rod Argent (organ, vocals), Colin Blunstone (lead vocals), Keith Airey (guitar, vocals), Jim Rodford (bass, vocals) and Steve Rodford (drums). The band became prominent in 1960s having produced several US hits, like She’s Not There and Tell Her No. Other their singles included Goin’ Out of My Head, Time of the Season, I Love You (People! The group has released only five studio albums for such a long history due to hiatus in their career. The band broke up in 1967 but reformed in 1991. Many famous bands made covers of The Zombies’ songs. The cover album The World of Zombies was released in 1994.
