Smash Mouth is an American alternative rock and pop rock band that was founded in 1994 and currently consists of Steve Harwell (lead vocals), Greg Camp (guitars, backing vocals, primary songwriting), Paul De Lisle (bass, backing vocals, occasional songwriting) and Michael Urbano (drums, percussion). They came to international prominence with their breakthrough debut album, Fush Yu Mang, which yielded several hit singles such as "Why Can't We Be Friends", "Nervous in the Alley" and "Walkin' on the Sun". It also was certified platinum two times in the US. They continued the success with their following multi-platinum album, Astro Lounge, which spawned the hits, "Diggin' Your Scene", "I Just Wanna See", "Waste", "All Star" and "Satellite".
