Kings of Leon is an alternative rock band. It was formed in 2000 in Nashville, Tennesse, the USA. The founder members are brothers and their cousin - Caleb Followill (lead vocals and rhythm guitar), Jared Followill (bass guitar and backing vocals, keyboards) and Nathan Followill (drums and backing vocals), with their cousin Matthew Followill (lead guitar and backing vocals). Their early works were under influence of garage rock and southern rock, but later the group decided to make experiments with different styles. The first album was called Youth and Young Manhood and it had average success, though U2 invited the group to tour with them and that was an evident success, taking into account that Jared who wrote 4 songs for the album was only 16. In 2005 Kings of Leon released their second album Aha Shake Heartbreak which you can download in mp3 from our site. In 2007 they released their third album Because of the Times. Only by the Night became the forth band's album and the most successful one which is available to download here at our site as well.
