Polish black and death metal band Behemoth was formed in Gdańsk, Poland in 1991. The band’s current line-up composes of Adam Darski (vocals, guitars, acoustic guitar, synthesizer, programming), Tomasz Wróblewski (bass guitar, growled backing vocals), Zbigniew Robert Promiński (drums and percussion) and of Patryk Dominik Sztyber (guitars, harsh backing vocals). The band’s leader and frontman is Adam Darski, he is also the main composer and the only lyricist. He is also the band’s manager and the head of the agency New Aeon. According to Decibel Magazine Adam Darski is 17th in the list “Top 20 Death Metal Guitarists”. The band toured in the United States with Ozzfest and shared the stage with Ozzy Osbourne, Lamb of God, Lordi, DevilDriver and others. The band has released 10 studio albums.
