American rock band Powerman 5000, sometimes PM5K, comes from Boston, Massachusetts. The band was founded by younger brother of Rob Zombie, known under his moniker Spider One. He formed the band in 1991 and now he is the only original member. The band’s line-up comprises of Spider One – lead vocals, Evan9 – rhythm guitars, Velkro – lead guitars, X51 – bass and GFlash – drums, percussion. Stylistically, the band plays in different genres like industrial rock, industrial metal, rapcore, and alternative rock. They have released 7 studio albums. In the middle of 1990s, they performed at the Ozzfest and appeared on the episode of Beverly Hills 90210. Later, they reached the mainstream success, releasing the album Tonight the Stars Revolt!
