British electronic music band Hybrid comes from Swansea, the Wales, the UK. The current band members are Mike Truman, Chris Healings and Charlotte James. For quite a long time, the band was a duo. James joined Hybrid only in 2010. The band is known to play in such genres like progressive breaks, progressive trance, symphonic techno and some others. Their debut album Wide Angle was released in 1999. The band hired Russian Federal Orchestra to record the strings section. The band was noticed by the electronic music lovers and they were compared to Massive Attack and Underworld. They opened for Moby during this time. The second album Morning Sci-Fi was released in 2003, the third album I Choose Noise came out in 2006. The last album Disappear Here was released in 2010.
