Bob Marley & The Wailers was a famous reggae band from Jamaica. It was formed by Bob Marley in 1974 and ended its existence in 1981. It composed many members, like Junior Marvin, Al Anderson, Aston "Family Man" Barrett, Carlton Barrett, Earl "Wya" Lindo, Tyrone Downie, Alvin "Seeco" Patterson, Rita Marley, Judy Mowatt and Marcia Griffiths. The group was devided in two main sections - The Wailers which were the backing band for Bob Marley and I Threes were backup vocalists.
