Rasa is an American new age musical band that was formed in 1998 in San Francisco, California by Christian and Waters. The band currently consists of Hans Christian and Kim Waters. Hans Christian is a German-born musician and producer who currently based in San Francisco. He is also a multi-instrumentalist (bass guitar, sarangi, tambura) who normally associated with Indian music, ethnic fusion and sometimes New Age music, but also often plays classical music. Kim Waters is an American vocalist. During his career, he collaborated with many bands and artists. Including their debut album Devotion, they released six albums. In all these albums they were focused on various themes of classical Hindu religion. Their album, Temple of Love, became their best recording to date.
