Michael Gordon Oldfield known as Mike Oldfield is a British musician and composer, born on 15 May 1953, Reading, Berkshire, UK. During his career he tried to make experiments in different styles including New Age, Classical music, World Music. His last album, released in 2008 was his first work written specially for classical orchestra. His first album "Tubular Bells" was reissued in April 2009.
