American hard rock band Mötley Crüe was formed in Los Angeles, California, the United states in 1981. The band’s line-up consists of Nikki Sixx (bass guitar), Mick Mars (lead guitar), Vince Neil (vocals) and Tommy Lee (drums). They are on of the most acclaimed bands with sales of about 80 million copies around the world. The group is known for their crazy life-style with drug overdoses causing apparent death like in case of Nicky Sixx. The band had problems with law, alcohol but they are still playing as all of them went through drug rehabilitation. The band has released ten studio albums, 2 live albums, 2 EPs, 7 compilation albums, 8 DVDs and 31 singles.
