Wu-Tang Clan is an American hardcore hip-hop group from New York City formed in 1992. The group members are , GZA, Method Man, Raekwon, Ghostface Killah, Inspectah Deck, U-God, Masta Killa, Ol’ Dirty Bastard and Cappadonna who is considered unofficial member. All members launched successful solo careers and the group itself launched many other projects (artists and groups), in total, there are about 300 Wu-Tang Clan affiliates. The group has become one of the most commercially successful and critically acclaimed. The group has released five studio albums and 16 singles. The debut album Enter Wu-Tang (36 Chambers) was certified Platinum in the US. The best-selling album of the group is their second record Wu-Tang Forever. It became 4 x Platinum in the US and 2 x Platinum in Canada. The album charted not only in these countries but also in France, Switzerland, Finland and in some others.
